How does Markentry work?

Intro

Markentry is sales-hub sharing platform for startups to enter into new markets via sales-hub sharing.

 

Sales-hub sharing is a marketing agreement between two startups, which allows one startup to use the other one’s sales-hub partially or fully.

The objective of sales-hub sharing is to enter and grow within one city market.

Compensation in sales-hub sharing concept is based on sales commission in the target city.

 

Markentry is the birth place of sales-hub sharing concept, and it facilitates sales-hub sharing among startups.

 

Markentry works as followed:

1)    Sales-hub sharing management dashboard:

After you register your startup on markentry, you have access to your sales-hub sharing management dashboard: your home-city sales-hub will be created automatically, you can invite your sales team to this sales-hub, assign one or more project manager(s), create tasks together with your sales team, assign who should work on each task, work together to complete those tasks.

This part is for the founder and the sales team to create a robust sales-hub for their home-city market.

 

2)    Sales-hub sharing within startup pools:

After a startup is registered, the startup will be assigned to a startup pool, in where they can send applications to one another for sales-hub sharing. Therefore, it is very important to provide accurate information regarding your startup, which represent your startup in the best way, so consequently your startup will be assigned to a suitable startup pool.

 

Sales-hub sharing works in this way that startup A sends sales-hub sharing application to startup B with the aim of accessing the home-city sales-hub of startup B in order to promote their product in that city.

When startup B approves the sales-hub application, a new sales-hub is created for the home-city of startup B, and both founders of startup A and B will be added automatically to this shared sales-hub. Then each founder can invite one or more of their sales team to this shared sales-hub. They can assign new project manager(s), upload their marketing strategy files, create tasks, and work together to complete those tasks.

 

3)    Points to unlock sales-hub sharing potentials:

Startups receive points based on their activity on markentry platform. Startups points determine how many potential sales-hub partners a startup can see on their account. The more points a startup has, the more startups within their startup pool they can see and send sales-hub sharing application to. When startups gain enough points, they can unlock other startup pools and have access to more startups for sales-hub sharing.

4)    Premium feature, and (free) credits:

In order to invite a sales person to the shared sales hub, every startup in the shared sales-hub pays one credit per month.

First important note: it is free for startups to invite their sales team to their home-city sales-hub.

Second Important note: when a shared sales-hub is created by 2 startups, the founder of each startup will be added to this shared sales-hub automatically free of charge.
